ANDREW JOHN PRIOR B Proc LLM (UND) is the senior partner of the firm. He has been practising in the Durban area since 1987. Mr Prior is an accredited AFSA arbitrator and has been admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and holds an LLM degree in maritime law.

Whereas Mr Prior specializes in Labour Law, he has extensive experience in general legal practice. Mr Prior also has keen interests in Sports Law (he is a judicial panellist for SA Rugby) and Shipping Law.
