We offer modern office facilities with easy access from the main routes and with ample secure parking. The office is fully computerized and equipped with the latest technology and software.

The practice is fully computerized and equipped with the latest information technology, programs and resource material. This includes interface software with financial institutions, the deeds office, local authority and the registrar of companies.

Staff

Prior Prior & Bezuidenhout has a non-legal staff complement of four members, the majority of whom are long serving and who have gained a high level of competency through experience and training and who are dedicated to client service.

Community Involvement

The practice is closely involved in the legal and business community. As a member of a number of organizations including the Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA), the South African Society for Labour Law (SASLAW) and the Maritime Law Association (MLA) we are in close contact with the business world and are fortunate to count amongst our clients a variety of international, national and micro businesses.
